Delivery Information
Delivery should usually be within 7 working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays) but allow up to 14 working days. During peak trading times please allow up to 15 to 20 working days delivery within the India, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Stock levels on many embroidered and printed garments can be variable, so in these cases you may need to allow extra time. If we do have a problem one of our sales staff will email or call you. Printed name tapes are being dispatched within 48 hours and woven name tapes within 7 working days, as stated on the product description.
All prices shown exclude delivery charges and VAT.
The payment cardholder's signature will be required for the consignment.
The risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. The same applies if we deliver to a recipient designated by you.
At our discretion we may deliver goods in part orders.
Saturday delivery is available at extra charge. Please contact us for details.
We expect to dispatch orders within about 5 to 7 working days, subject to stock availability.

You must notify us in writing within 2 working days of receipt of the goods if there is any damage in transit. Our liability in this instance will be limited to replacement of the goods.
All orders are will be delivered to the address mentioned only.Please note that our merchant services provider will verify addresses and if the address stated is not that of the client goods will not be sent. All deliveries must be checked and then signed for by an authorized person at that address. Any shortages or damages should be noted down with the courier.
