For existing accounts The fastest way to process orders is to send them directly to your account manager. If you do not have their contact info available please feel free to order by phone, fax or email us. If sending orders by email, you can specify your order in the email message or attach an Excel, Word or Pdf file to your message. Free sample program orders All requests for samples must be submitted via the email address shown at the top of this page. Please include a list of items you would like to see including the style numbers, colors and sizes. Please include your shipping address, telephone number and the approximate total number of pieces you would be purchasing provided that you like the samples. First time orders for new customers First time customers can get an account open and process their first order in a few minutes. In addition to your order we need to gather some information such as your payment preference, billing and shipping information etc. You can either call us to get your account setup or do everything by fax or email. Our credit card processing banks require us to have a signed credit card authorization on file. If you want to only complete the authorization once and have us keep the card on file for future orders use the 'Credit Card Terms' authorization.
